ABOUT US

We are a Northern Ireland-based Christian charity founded in 2018 by a local teacher named Jamie Meaklim.

We noticed concerning trends in mental health, self-esteem, and substance dependency among secondary school students, and we aim to address these challenges through workshops focused on young people's mental and physical health.

Our workshops are delivered in schools, youth organisations, churches, businesses both in-person and through online resources.

Our goal is to;
Equip: This generation with the knowledge and understanding needed to better look after their mental health.
Empower: Leaders / youth workers with training and strategies, helping them practically and confidently cater for the common yet complexed needs of this generation.
Enable: This generation to live happier, healthier lives via the provision of strategies that promote positive mental health and resilience.
