SPAIN AND MORE!!

“The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” - Deuteronomy 31:8-9
In the midst of a busy and difficult season, it is so important to remember that God is with us. That has been my focus throughout October, remembering that God goes before us in all we do. Pray that we will hold tightly to this amazing truth.
Octber has given me so many prayer points to share with you. Firstly we have so much to be thankful for; we have been in lots of new schools across the country and our team spent a week in Spain sharing in schools and churches.
The wonderful Sandra Marshal has joined our team to help with our accounts and admin. She has been a wonderful addition to our team and we are very thankful for her. Please pray she continues to settle over the coming weeks.
We have a really busy schedule and are fully booked until May. Please pray that God will guide us and give us wisdom as we discern what to do and what to prioritise.
Finally I ask that you pray for our finances. Made for More continues to operate and flourish due to the kind donations of Gods people. Please pray that God continues to provide and bless the work of Made For More. We specifically as you to pray for more monthly donors that will support us financially and spiritually.
REBEKAH
I would love to use this prayer update to remind everyone reading it of God’s incredible kindness and faithfulness. This past month has been one of my most memorable at Made for More as we took our workshops to Spain in collaboration with Override Salou. We were given so many opportunities to show the love of Jesus and tell people about what He has done for them. God opened doors for us to deliver workshops in primary schools which is incredibly difficult as a Christian organisation in a very secular environment. For our team this was a joy as Calvin, Chris and I were able to use our gifts of Spanish and media to serve. Please pray that the young people we met and poured into would seek Jesus for themselves.
Another highlight for me this month would be Carrick Grammar SU weekend. Teaching on Ephesians 6 and the Armour of God was a great opportunity to remember that our identity in Him is so valuable and worth protecting. God was so good in leading Sarah and I to the right people to talk to during the day.
Our team nights have been another reminder of God’s transforming power. Please continue to pray for the unity of our team and the intentionality in our relationships with one another.
Finally, please pray for the merchandise; for each item that goes out we want to remind people of their identity in Jesus. Please continue to pray that the team behind this operation is led by His Spirit.
CHRIS
God has been so good to us and this month has seen new ground broken in reaching young people with the message that they are loved by God.
Rebekah, Calvin and I partnered with the Protestant Church of Salou in Spain, to bring the message of Made for More to local children and young people. Spain is a really spiritually dark place, so it was amazing to be able to serve here. We recorded testimonies from members of the church and their youth, we delivered workshops in two different schools, at a local youth centre, and held two events with the youth from the church and other church communities in the local area. What an incredible blessing to be able to bring the love of Jesus to the young people in the area of Salou!
Please pray for God’s guidance in establishing further connections between Made for More and the church in Salou, Spain. Thank the Lord for His provision and goodness in letting us be a part of his mission in Salou! Please pray for the church and the youth in Salou, that their faith would be strengthened and those that don’t know Jesus, would come to follow him. There were five boys with no connection to the local church who joined us in our workshop in the local youth centre (Wilson, Issac, Javi, Marc and Aaron). Please pray they would be prompted to come to the youth events at the church and that God would change their hearts.
BETH
This is my last prayer letter before heading to India in partnership with CFC - how exciting! The amount God has already provided prior to the trip for our team has been incredible, which brings me so much delight as I pray for what He will provide for us in Kethanakonda. The Lord impressed on my heart Ephesians 4:1-6 as I have been praying over our team - Please join me as we strive for unity in the Spirit and a posture of humility. We will be running 15 Made for More workshops, focused on topics such as mental health, peer-pressure and self-esteem. These topics are so applicable within their community, so please pray God would move mountains as we try our best to speak truth, and that our teaching would land on fertile soil. I can’t wait for my prayer letter next month when I can tell of all the Lord has done! Thank you for your continuous support for me and our ministry.
